I joined True Technique because I wanted to try something different and to challenge myself. I have definitely done both! In this environment, I have felt that I can exercise with a real focus on form and safety which is really important to me. I have also tried so many new things and been pushed out of my comfort zone! I have discovered muscles I didn’t know existed along the way! You will laugh, scream in frustration at times…😂 but you will have FUN along the way!!!!
