True Technique is a smart functional strength, conditioning, and rehabilitation training facility, providing large and small group coaching where movement quality comes first. From the humble beginnings of a rookie personal trainer in 2011, Tim Sunderland has evolved in his career and passion in pursuit of an obsession with all things movement. After working from conventional gyms for almost 7 years, Tim noticed a frightening trend toward common injuries within the fitness industry. He realised pain and injury correlated with lack of motivation and commitment to daily exercise and began his pursuit into the world of functional training.

The Move & Play class is where we experiment with our bodies movement and bring back how we moved as a child.
FAST FITNESS FRIDAY
Fast Fitness is a hard and fast cardio workout that’ll have muscles burning and lungs working.
Every Saturday is a fun challenging circuit for all members and friends of members can come for free.
