True Technique recognizes the common movement dysfunctions practiced on a day to day basis, which can lead to ongoing pain and injury. The long-term, sustainable solution is driven by the systematic approach to learning and perfecting the way you exercise.
we encourage and practice an evidence-based approach to training, however, we actively support and incorporate the concept of play into daily movement and exercise. Movement is a direct and deep expression of self and the freedom to do so is warranted within our walls. What was once play in our youth, becomes work as an adult. True Technique endeavors to break down these limitations and release lost creativity.

“MEET YOUR TEAM”
I’ve been doing something fitness my whole life and coaching it for almost 8 years. Starting out like most young men all I did was build muscle, sit on machines for hours on end doing the same thing every week to obtain a goal I thought I wanted.
Whitney is a world-renowned Circus performer, athletic entrepreneur, and passionate Gymnastics, movement and conditioning coach. She has approached life with the persistent endeavour to grow, and share; swinging, jumping, flipping and flying through the air, both physically and metaphysically.
I help people simplify and understand the paths through their challenges so that we can both live meaningful, quality, wholesome lives. I have always been inquisitive and active: playing sports, pulling things apart and putting them back together, trying to understand how things work and how I can make them better.
Tim’s sidekick, Hugo is our Head Coach who embodies the True T spirit and brings joy to us all. He’s part Staffy, part Koala, and sleeps about 18 hours a day. He’s also highly qualified in begging for any scraps of food available, treats, and pats.
