True Technique recognizes the common movement dysfunctions practiced on a day-to-day basis, which can lead to ongoing pain and injury. The long-term, sustainable solution is driven by the systematic approach to learning and perfecting the way you exercise.
The Prehab Method is an approach by which we recalibrate the body and undo the effects of the inefficient movement patterns we have learned. By getting in touch with the ground, and the basis of human movement development, you have a chance to reconnect to the capacity you once experienced as a child, playing unrestricted by your body and limited only by your willingness to give it a go. By consistently practicing in the areas of mobility, stability, and strength, we light the brain up like a Christmas Tree as it grounds itself and you relearn to express your true self through movement and play, giving your body a chance to truly relax, learn, and surprise yourself with the things you’re able to now achieve.

STRENGTH AND POWER
Strength and core are the key features of long term health. Only if the movement patterns grow as strong as the muscles do
MOBILITY
The strength class is designed to correct and strengthen our primal/functional movement patterns, being the squat, hinge, push, pull, walking gait and rotation control. The class will be run on a continual 6-week phases of different style of strength so all strength protocols are met and avoids any plateaus in the progression.
BALANCE & CORE
Balance and core control are needed to resist unwanted movement to reduce the risk of injury.
CAPACITY

CARDIO
Cardio fire up your engine and become an athletic machine with high-intensity cardio. Be sure to move fast!! A short burst of maximal effort has shown to yield the best results.
